DHX1 homogenizer

The pump working chamber of DHX1 homogeneous emulsification pump is equipped with a set of double-layer stator and double-layer rotor. The main working parts are composed of stator and rotor. Under the action of the centrifugal force and hydraulic force of the rotor's rapid operation, the stator will carry out the comprehensive action of strong shearing, centrifugal extrusion, impact crushing, liquid layer friction, turbulent flow uniformity, etc., so that the immiscible solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase and other media in an instant evenly fine, disperse and emulsification.
