A New Application in Lithium Battery Industry for Rotary Lobe Pump

With the rise of new energy power battery and energy storage battery industry, DURREX pumps follow the development of the times and we successfully R&D a new structure of rotary lobe pump which is used in lithium battery industry.

For many years, we always focus on application technology of rotary lobe pump in the different industry, to comply with market demand. Lithium battery slurry preparation is the front-end process of lithium cell production and one of the most important steps in the entire production processing, which affects quality of lithium cell and determine the battery cost. Now we have successfully used the rotary lobe pumps in the lithium battery production processing and have been gotten unanimous praise from users.

We are the first manufacturer, which provides the rotary lobe pump in this industry. So we were invited to attend the 12th Shanghai International New Energy Lithium Battery Technology Exhibition (Mar 7- Mar 9, 2023). In the exhibition, we showed multiple series and specifications of high efficiency and energy saving lithium battery equipment: lithium slurry delivery rotary lobe pump, homogenization pump and high-efficiency homogenizing pump of iron phosphate, etc.

In this industry, we designed new structure of cooling system for rotary lobe pump, to improve the stability and efficiency of mechanical seal during pump transportation. We had also adopted tungsten carbide or ceramic spraying technology, to make pump body and rotors.
