Artisan, can mean a person with craftsmanship, or embodies a kind of skillful skill; a craftsman is a person with a very good craftsmanship, focusing on a skill, pursuing the ultimate, meticulous, and achieving perfection; the spirit of craftsmanship is a profession A comprehensive reflection of ethics, professional ability and professional quality.

In order to implement the reform of the construction of the industrial workforce, vigorously promote the "artisan spirit", improve the professional skills and operational level of employees in various positions, create a working atmosphere of comparison, learning, catch up and surpass, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees. From December 15th to 17^th, 2021, sponsored by the HR Dept and with the cooperation of all relevant departments, our company successfully held a skill competition with the theme of "promoting the spirit of craftsmen and creating skilled elites".
