Consumer chemicals industry have special requirements for the structure, hygiene level and cleaning system of the rotary pump in the production process. The pumps have higher hygienic grade and support CIP, SIP system cleaning, has obtained 3A, FDA and other certification. Different medium viscosity choose different rotation speed to meet the production process requirements of various cosmetics.

Rotary pump can be used for all kinds of medium, high viscosity and high solid content of material transportation. The production capacity reaches 18000 units/year. Our pumps can transfer medium with viscosity up to 1,000,000cps, with a maximum flow rate of 300m3/h (Capacity of 30L/R).
